Welcome Current GALA Families!

This is the Parent Directory sponsored by the parent group, Friends of GALA.

** GIVING ACCESS: New registrations are cross-checked that they are a registered family and then access is granted (this can take up to 48 hours).

** STUDENTS: If you enter your student's email address, they receive the weekly newsletter. All student information is automatically "hidden" from the directory. If you do not wish to add the student email, leave that section blank. Please DO NOT add the parent email/phone in the student section or that inbox will receive double emails from GALA. Students, your email address CAN NOT be the primary email on the account, it must be a parent. DO NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.

** CHANGE YOUR CONTACT INFO: If your contact information has changed, log into your account to edit, please DO NOT make duplicate records.

** NEW FAMILIES: Please use your student's CURRENT grade. The system will "graduate" everyone over the summer. Your teacher is "NEW STUDENT" and your graduation year is your student's graduation year from High School.

** SEARCH FOR CARPOOLS: To search families by zip code, log into your account on a desktop or laptop and click "Directory" and then enter a zip code in the search box.

** PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT/RECORD. EACH STUDENT HAS ONE RECORD UNLESS YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 HOUSEHOLDS. If you already have an account and need to make changes, log into your account to make your own text edits. 

** DOWNLOAD THE MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT APP - Why search your inbox for GALA communications? Download the Membership Toolkit app and then allow it to send notifications to your phone. Every communication from GALA through this system will give you a notification.
